Okay…back down to business, sorry about the delay!
I need to do some backtracking.. In my first blog, i said i would give you some more tips in dealing with emotion, particularly the big, bad, Hopless Despair, (which has been one of my biggies). So, some of the other things i have learned by being here in this community are: a.) talking to someone about what i am feeling, and how it feels, & how my body is feeling at that time. b.) Sitting in/with the emotion, without talking, either by myself or with someone else. ( depending on where you are at, having someone else with you may be more helpful, because usually we havent learned a way out of it alone). Take deep breaths. c.) something that has helped me, if you have any in your memory bank, is to remember an experience that brought you joy. And praying with someone or by yourself. Ask the LORD to stand between the demonic- they like to make any situation worse.
These are just a few tips….And i probably should say that these can be very difficult to do, especially at first.
